Physical & Mental Health

We promote healthy lifestyles.
Our team of mentors are qualified in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry; delivering exercise and SEMH facilitator sessions on a 1-2-1 basis.

Life Skills

Providing 1-2-1 support boosts our students self-esteem and gives them the confidence they need to thrive in their adult years.
We believe that every student has the potential to grow into the person they want to be.

Work Skills

We set small, achievable targets, for our students and support them each step of the way. We provide learning opportunities in mentoring activities and working environments.

Community Integration

Our students will have the opportunity to volunteer for local charities, allowing them to socially grow confidence and connect with a diverse range of people.
With our 1-2-1 support, students will thrive and achieve their full self potential.

What We Offer

We work with learners with a variety of difficulties and conditions including autism, ADHD, SEMH, sensory issues, trauma, brain injuries and learning difficulties. A large focus of our work is helping young people who have behavioural concerns or mental health problems.

We aim to restore young people’s self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control and self motivation through a flexible, personalised, needs-led programme with unconditional care, nurture and support.

1-2-1 Support & Tutoring

We provide a bespoke service built around the needs of each student. Whether this is to cater for their SEMH needs, help with their academic abilities or transitional support into full-time education and/or general engagement.

Supportive Career Taster Sessions

We look to support our students with Post-16 options and help them navigate a career pathway by organising work experience taster sessions, college trips and visiting careers fairs to name a few working together to achieve their career goals.

Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is an integral part of young people's development and has many physical and mental health benefits. Incorporating this into a student’s timetable helps support their capacity to engage and teaches them the importance of personal health.

Mental Health Development

Young people have difficulty navigating their mental health, we aim to help them understand and become attuned to their emotions and well-being with mindfulness practice and other management strategies.

Self Management Skills

To arm young people with the necessary tools to navigate, explore and manage their feelings and behaviours in various settings from in school to out in public and the community.

Outreach Programme

Our outreach offer provides an integrated support service for schools, families and young people with additional needs. We collaborate with professionals within the local authority such as SEND, YOT and Social Care teams as well as the Police and CAHMS.
